The Business - Outside

  1. Could the signage for the business be seen from the street, have any missing letters? Was it attractive, clean? __Not It was fine from the street, yes it was atractive and clean.

  2. How was the condition of the landscaping? What the level of care given to the grounds outside the business? Landscaping was in a good condition, and the level of care given to grounds outside the business building was also good. Trees, bushes, flowers and lawn looked healthy and attractive and was giving a positive impression. Absolutely fine with the outside but atractive can be improved.

  1. How was the cleanliness of any glass doors and windows on the outside? Were they smudge and streak free? Were the building facade and the doorway in good condition when you entered? The building facade and the doorway was in very good condition, when I entered.

_Glassdoor can be made better .The window panel needs a frequent cleaning .

______The attendent behaved well , he did suggest me some products . It was a good interaction with the personnel, as he treated me with courtesy and respect. Adding to that he had enough knowledge regarding the products.

  1. Were there any extra items you needed to ask about or look for, beyond the items you came to purchase/order? Did the person offer you any additional items, a larger size or a specific promotional good? __________I was fine with the that already , yes he offer me some vegetable on sales .

  1. Was the cashier accurate and professional? Did the cashier thank you and invite you to return to the store? _yes, the cashier was very accurate and professional and thanked me and invited to return to the store, while returning the balance cash.

The Business - Inside

  1. What was the condition and cleanliness of the products, aisles and shelves in the establishment? The condition of the display areas, including the lighting, flooring and fixtures? The register area? _ Though the products were in a good condition and clean, the aisle and shelves was not in good condition as they were not that clean. As far as display areas, like lighting, flooring, fixtures and the register area was in a good condition and was clean as well.

  1. What was the condition of the restroom, including cleanliness, equipment condition and whether containers were empty or full? Were trash receptacles were appropriately emptied?

Restroom was clean, and the condition of equipment was also good and containers were empty. Trash receptacles were appropriately emptied.

  1. Was there a wait time to purchase items? Was another register opened if necessary, providing the store has more than one register? ___Yes, there was a wait time to purchase items. All registers were opened, but the store was crowded so there was a wait time.
