Some of the shortfalls within Medicare also include a depleted trust fund and the current Medicare tax will also decline over the next several years. To prevent the detonation, I would recommend reducing benets to help x this problem. | feel that increasing taxes would result in several other problems such as preventing or discouraging those who want to pursue a higher education orjob. Even though I would disagree with this plan, I think that taxes will ultimately be raised to resolve the solvency issues related to the entitlement programs
