Verizon constantly is assessing how to most effectively expand their cell tower assets in order to

better serve current customers $($fewer dropped calls$)$ and position themselves for acquisitions of

new customers $($increased revenue$).$ Cell tower additions must take into account which

geographical areas have the fastest growing populations and on how competitors$$ cell tower

assets are changing. As is typical in business, an annual budget constrains the investment in new

cell towers.

Your job is to develop an algorithm that determines which new cell towers should be constructed

in order to $(1)$ maximize the number of new calls that can be handled, while $(2)$ staying within

the budget.

You are provided information about each possible new cell tower location, in a database,

including the cost of acquisition and construction $($in $$000,000)$ and the weekly increase in

number of calls handled $($in $10,000$s$)$ expected for a number of potential new cell tower

locations. You are also provided the budget for new construction. You will be provided a

Python program that already accesses these data so that you can program a solution to this

problem.
