However, as of May 2023, the Harry Fox Agency has updated their website to include the new rates, so I now consider this change to be in place officially for physical products and digital downloads. If a recording exceeds this time, the rate then becomes $.0231 (2.31 cents) per minute or any fraction thereof rounded up to the next full minute.
