CC2U customers ranges from institutions such as schools, universities, private companies and individuals who wants to organize or participate in adventurous escapade during holidays. Due to expansion of its business CC2U decide to develop an online travel and adventure system where the booking and rental of its coaches based on day trips, ATVs, bicycles and equipment for the purpose of hiking, mountain climbing, and trekking can be managed efficiently. The staff of CC2U is responsible for allocation of activities (day trips, ATV riding, cycling, climbing, hiking and trekking) to its proper inventories (coaches, ATV, bicycle, mountaineering equipment, hiking equipment and trekking equipment). Furthermore, the staff have to manage the booking of activities based on the available person to guide for hiking, trekking and mountaineering, driver for the day trip and also staff to monitor the ATV and bicycle. Meanwhile the customer can make payment to the travel agency through Credit Card Purchase. In order to check the validity of the credit card, and sufficient funds available, the system will receive the credit card transaction and also retrieve the customer Profile. If the credit card is not valid, then the system will require the correct credit card and if the credit card is valid but does not have sufficient funds available, it will request the customer to provide an alternate credit card. Then, if everything went fine, the system will fulfill the reservation and update the vacation package inside the system plus sending the customer an email of confirmation.
