VI\". 312!\" Iv lgwu 4. A large-scale global survey was conducted by GlobeScan. In advance of the UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) held in Glasgow, Scotland in November of 2021, 1,000 participants in each of 31 countries were asked: Which of the following do you think should be your country's strategy at this meeting? Participants were given the following options as answers: - Play a leadership role in setting ambitious targets to address climate change as quickly as possible. - Take a more moderate approach and support only gradual action to address climate change. - Do not agree to any international agreement that addresses climate change. ~ Don't know. in France, 56% of participants chose the first answer, while in Germany, 54% of participants did. If there's actually no difference between the population percentages of people in France and Germany who would choose the first answer, what is the chance of seeing a difference in the sample percentages that is this large in magnitude or even larger, just by chance? For the sake of this problem, you can assume that the participants represent a simple random sample taken independently in each country. (In reality, GlobeScan says they had to use a more complicated weighting scheme to obtain representative samples.) Answer: %
