The victim, Jenny (9 y/o) was allegedly abused by her step-father, James (38 y/o).

Jenny disclosed to her friend, Cindy (9 y/o):

• James watched Jenny whilst she was showering
• James touched and licked Jenny's private parts
• James allowed Jenny to watch adult films

Cindy reported this to her teacher and her teacher to Child Protection. Jenny has since participated in interviews with social workers and police where she has made similar disclosures as above.
