I have questions about 4Ps, in which:Price: In both countries, viettel used low price strategy in penetration stage and gain the market share

Information showes that they tended to set the price 15%-20% lower than competitors but there are no specific price in 2012 (the year Viettel enter Moz) that I can't compare price between 2 countries

1. Which type of this strategy can be called? Competitve pricing or penetration pricing?

2.After entering successfully, they do raised the price due to the development of products/inflation/...

3. This is standardization (in strategy) or adaptation? could you help me point out clear what show the standardization/adaptation
