Viggo has recovered from his dealings with Molly. The following year he has expanded into the South East Queensland market. He meets Veruka at a wedding expo in Brisbane and gets on really well with her. They share the same ethos regarding the use of organic ingredients in cakes and in meeng the desires of brides and grooms, no mater the brief. Viggo and Veruka start making cakes together under the name V2 Cakes with a focus on high end speciality wedding cakes. Prices start from $8000 per cake. They do this successfully for 12 months. They agree to stop running their own wedding cake businesses and focus on V2 Cakes. Veruka books a Wedding Expo in Sydney signing a contract as a stall holder which requires a 30% deposit and 70% on day 1 of the Expo. The total cost is $10,000 as Veruka ordered a double stall to create a wedding chapel theme. Viggo says he does not want to cater to Sydney brides as they are too difficult and states she should have consulted him first. He refuses to pay the invoice and argues she booked it, so she should go alone via her old cake business.
