Virtual child pornography is the term given to video depictions of child-child or child-adult sex acts. The FCPPA banned this type of pornography the Supreme court professed it unconstitutional in 2002. Although the children in "virtual pornography" are fake, shouldn't it be ours and the government duty, from an ethical standpoint, to protect our children from these graphic likeness?
