Vision Statement Analysis

The nature of the company's operations should be at the very least stated in the vision statement. A goal like "to become the best retailing firm in Malaysia," for instance, is far too general given that the company might sell anything from stationery to clothing to household goods.

Writing an enhanced vision statement for (i) BATA Malaysia and (ii) ZARA (men or women, depending on your gender) is necessary, based on the notes above.
