• Full profile of bride, groom (families, if applicable)
• 2 themes/visions for your proposal with a description as to why they are relevant to the couple
• Full description of chosen concept/vision, reasons why chosen, 3 specific examples of incorporation of theme
• 2 potential ceremony sites with a description and explanation of why you chose them
• 2 potential reception sites with a description and explanation of why you chose them
• Describe DIY elements (if applicable, If not please explain why)
• What sustainable practices will you utilize?
• Site visitation checklist (research internet for examples)
• Full list of ceremony items needed (candles, flowers, etc.)
