Visit an online store or search and identify a sports team's specific officially licensed product. It may be a product that is completely new to you, or a type of product that you use but have never used this particular brand before. Research this product and construct that covers the following:

1. Describe this product. Tell us about it's attributes, value to consumers (what problem does it solve), product features, cost-to-value ratio, and any other information you think is important to people that you think would purchase this product. How easy was it to purchase or shop via the e-tailer?

2. Based on your research, describe what type of consumers you think might be interested in this product. How old are they? What gender? Are they likely part of a particular income range or education level? Do they live in an urban area or rural area? Do they have a family? What sort of lifestyle do they lead? What sort of activities or behaviors does this person do that require this product? Make up a name for this person (like Joe)-- this is a "marketing persona" or fictional representation of the potential customers you have described.

3. Describe how the persona you created would likely go through each of the steps of the Consumer Buyer Decision Process when purchasing the product you identified in question 1.

4. Comment on how understanding the Consumer Buyer Decision Process can help marketers more successfully reach their target consumers.

For example, I selected a Jake Plummer official NFL Broncos throwback jersey, then described a persona that I named Jake. He is a millennial that is extremely active on Instagram and TikTok and really into sports and the Broncos. Jake might experience Need Recognition for this new jersey when he noticed he didn't have any gear to wear to home games. This might inspire him to do an information search online to find an authentic line of memorabilia or jerseys. OR perhaps Jake was browsing Instagram and one of the influencers he follows posted a video about where he gets his gear.After not having anything to rep the Broncos, Jake went online and purchased a throwback #16 Jersey for the next home game.
