However, the cost for parts and supplies is still subject to a 5% sales tax. Write a VB program segment to request the customer name in a textbox named txtName, the number of hours of labour in a textbox named txtHours and the cost of parts and supplies in a textbox named txtCost Supplies. When a button named btnDisplay is clicked, the customer name and the four costs such as (i) the cost of labour, (ii) the cost of parts and supplies, (iii) the total cost of parts and supplies after deducting a 15% discount from the cost and add the sales tax to the cost, (iv) and the total costs.
