Vladimir also known as "coach V" is a professional basketball coach who has won multiple awards locally and abroad. Since the Ateneo Eagles Basketball team is in dire need of a win, they employed Vladimir to be the head coach.Under the contract, Vladimir will be paid P100,000 every month and will be entitled to a P1,000,000 pesos bonus for every game won by the Ateneo Eagles team in official basketball games. The employment contract likewise states that "Sec. 4. If at anytime during the contract, the COACH, IN THE SOLE OPINION of the corporation, fails to exhibit sufficient skill or competitive ability in coaching the Ateneo Eagles team, the Ateneo administration may Terminate his contract" After a few months, the Ateneo Eagles team continuously lost the games under the coaching of coach Vlad.

Coach Vlad was then sent a letter by the Ateneo Eagles stating:

"Under Section 4 of your employment contract, we are hereby terminating your service as coach of the Ateneo Eagles team. Thank you and God Bless. Salamat nalang sa lahat."

Coach Vlad was hurt because of his termination. He goes to you, his law knowledgeable friend and asks you if the termination clause under Section 4 of the contract is valid? If it is valid, why? If it is not, what legal provision on contracts can you use against the Ateneo administration?
