VlVl Inspects a property that she has been renting out. Ihe house is surrounded by a lush garden, a swimming pool, a garden shed and a brick barbecue. The tenant tells Vivi that he owns the swimming pool which sits on the surface of the land, he is also planning to dismantle the brick barbecue which has been cemented in the ground and he also wants to take the tin shed that sits on the grass. Vivi is not impressed with the removal of the items; she had agreed to the installation of each and their removal will leave significant 'gaps' on the lawn and the sites where these facilities were located.
