Wahab and Zahid are partners in a firm dealing in electrical goods. The partnership is for a duration of ten years. Three years after the commencement of the partnership, Wahab without informing zahid, borrows RM $30,000$ from Abu under the name of the firm. It has been agreed between the partners that Wahab is not to borrow from the firm. He fails to settle the debt and Abu demands payment from Zahid. Zahid is extremely disappointed with Wahab. They quarreled and are no longer on speaking terms. All communication between them are channeled through the clerk of the firm.
