Walmart is the first company that comes to mind. The reason is because the company meeds help with leadership within the company. The elements discussed in our readings for the key elements in learning is inspiring and motivating with a mission of purpose. Walmart is more worried about getting tasks done then trying to motivate the employees and show them that their is a mission and purpose. Empowering employees at all levels. Walmart managers do you not focus on the employees goals its more about the business. They do not listen to the employees. They have the attitude do what I say instead of working together as a team. Accumulation is when employers listen to ideas from everyone. This is lacking at Walmart. If this was done more the turn over rate would be lower. Gathering and Integrating external information staying on top of what Walmart competitors are doing should be a top priority. Any external information is important. Challenging the Status Quo is when a company works together to overcome barriers that could get in the way. There is many challenges at Walmart and having a strong approach to overcome the barriers is important and to do it quickly
