WARRANTY ARRANGEMENT

	During 2019 Bird Corp. sells 100 talking parrots to customers for
	$30 each with a guarantee that the talking parrot is free from
	any defects. The cost of each parrot is $18. The assurance
	warranty extends for a 2 year period and warranty costs
	are estimated to be $150. Warranty work done prior to
	year end was $40.
