Waste quantification through material balance (MB) and identification of critical stream in the IRON ORE PELLETIZING industry

1. Perform MB Move from one unit to another unit. Cite relevant reference for information such as conversion, efficiencies, quality etc. Prove the MB of that Unit process is balanced.
2. Perform Overall Balance for the whole plant.
3. Compile all the MB data in a Stream Table and highlight the critical streams (produce wastes).
   • Calculate the compositions of all the wastes according to waste streams.
   • Calculate the waste portion based on the inputs or raw materials.
4. Select all the critical streams and compare with relevant with relevant environmental regulations.
