Water supplies from surface water sources are often treated with chlorine as one of the processing steps in the supply of municipal water needs. Estimate the rate of transfer of chlorine in an infinitely dilute solution of water at $20C$ and atmospheric pressure. Assume that the transfer is according to the film theory with a film thickness in the water of $1mm$ and the concentrations on either side of the film are, respectively, $10\%$ and $2\%.$ Use two different correlations to compute the diffusivity and compare the two results obtained.
