We addressed the

project involving the seven tasks, cleverly named A through G, and having the task durations respectively of 1 through 7 days. The task

precedence requirements are as given in The Seven Tasks Problem task table. In terms of resource (personnel) requirements, one person

is required for each day of a given task.

Please continue creating a Gantt Chart representing the tasks and when they would be done (for now, assume Earliest Start for each task), and also noting the personnel requirements for each individual day of the project. Exactly how many people would be needed each day to complete this project on time? What is the maximum number of personnel we might need on a given day?
