We all know there are lots of no-good, lying, dishonest politicians who have no real-world business experience. Many of them can't even understand simple supply and demand concepts that are taught in microeconomics. Yet many of them will say anything or do anything to get elected because they are simply power-hungry and love the money that flows in from special interest groups that will make them rich. When a politican like this puts their own interests ahead of the voters, then what do we call this in economics?
