We all understand that both your customer relationships and supply chain are very important to your business. After reading Ch 11: Customer Relationship Management and Supply Chain Management, post a persuasive discussion for your assigned product below. Imagine your company has thousands of employees worldwide, you rely on many global suppliers and you provide services and support to hundreds of thousands of customers daily. How will this support your businesss management strategy? Consider the information you need to get your product approved and cite your chapter concepts. You only have the budget for one product; a CRM or SCM. Whos will it be, yours or your classmates? Present arguments and information to convince us to use your product. Research, prepare and discuss things like sales force automation, call center, or supply chain efficiencies among others.

In your initial post (1^st post) discuss these questions;

1. What is the specific business-need other than you need a CRM or an SCM?
   1. Meaning; what specific business problem are you are trying to solve?
2. What is the rationale for this new management system?
   1. Why is this the right thing to do and why now?
3. What are the limitations or is it robust enough to address all your stated business needs?
4. What action do we need to take today? Or what action are you asking for?

NOTE: some companies do both CRM and SCM. Focus on your own business product/system in your first post.
