We are doing a business analysis of the small food chain business name ' Kipps Lane Fish and Chips' and as per the information we received from our client, one of the major issues they observed was the higher rate of inflation effects on business and the other one is continuing the legacy of Kipps Lane Fish and Chips from our internal analysis. Now I want to make a report on decision criteria and find a suitable alternative to solve this problem for the client and Please if possible provide some more alternatives that also need to be considered
