We are doing a project about How 18-25 years young people solve their issues from their loneliness and self-isolation. And how the stakeholder(Medibank and redcross) could help. One of our strategies is to organise the themed socialising events; we have to answer those questions from four different parts.

The Big Idea

• What needs does it serve?

• What assets or capabilities does this require?
• Does the organisation have the right people/tools to implement the solution?
• How will people know about the solution?

Business Rationale

• How will both the users and organisation benefit from this idea?
• Is this proposal possible given the current operational capability?
• If not, what needs to be changed?
