Group-5: Pro of e-book, streamed TV/media vs. Group-6: Pro of traditional publications, cable TV/movie

Requirement:

- Based on Porter's strategic theories, using SWOT analysis of each own S/O to compete with the rival's W/T

through technical solutions. In particular, to include any learned information technologies from this course.

Pretend to be Pro for your assigned business even you may not truly support your role.

- MUST assess your proposed solutions with rough numbers, data, info, and/or intangible benefits. The term

project should be prepared on group-basis.

- Each individual should contribute equally and named
