We can bridge the gap in wages between men and women by offering them the same pay. Maybe gender, race, and the way you look at the outside factors in determining pay. I don't think anyone in the world can survive on a minimum-wage job and be content with themselves and not want more. Needless to say I feel pay equality would capitalize on the gaps we see in wages. If everyone was able to pay workers a cost of living salary we could see less of an economic struggle in the United States
