We discussed the idea that evaluating projects via the capital budgeting process is more difficult in a multinational environment. Briefly discuss why this is the case. Be sure to include specific discussion on the effect on the estimation of cash flows as well as how it may alter the required rate of return the firm should be utilizing as the discount rate in its analysis.
