We have 2 baristas, 1 server and 1 chef. I come every day to control the employees, cleanliness, attitude, discipline, and the time when they should close the machine and everything. My employees check for the stock and they only have to inform me. Each of them also has different work so it is clear who is doing the operational side of things, baking, decorating, etc. I am in charge of finance, managing cost profit, etc. I buy the beans from a roastery. The name for our custom house blend is Nagadi Roaster. They have very good quality and fresh beans, service is good , good quality control, and price is very reasonable. They usually come and visit, and try our coffee. The employees usually check the stock everyday and inform me. They write down what they need like milk, beans, etc.
