We have identified three approaches for estimating project time and costs:

1. the Top-down Approach
2. the Bottom-up Approach
3. and a Hybrid: Phase Estimating Approach.

Each of these methods has advantages and disadvantages when compared to each other. For this discussion identify the estimating approach you will be using for Telehealth and describe, specifically, why you chose that estimating model and eliminated the other models from consideration.
