We have multiple rental offices, each representing a different region. All employees are
assigned to work in one office at a time, but, over time, an employee may work in
different offices. An office usually has numerous employees, but it is possible for an
office to have no assigned employees, for example, when the office first opens.
Some employees are assigned to helping customers find rentals. Customers work with
only one employee in each office, but, if they are looking at properties in different
regions, they may work with more than one employee. An employee may be working
with multiple customers at the same time, or they may not work with any customers at
all.
Each property listed with MBANPR is assigned to only one employee. Employees may
represent many properties, but not all employees represent any properties.
Each property listed with MBANPR has one owner. A newly listed property may not
have an owner identified. An owner must have at least one property listed otherwise
they are not an owner but may have several.
