At this time, we wish to establish a relationship with you and your organization in the area of Mental Wellness Referrals for your patients, employees, and their families. Our practice is unique as we utilize only Registered Social Work (RSW) Therapist who are in active standing with the Manitoba College of Social Workers. RSW's have professional knowledge, skills and proficiency to promote the pursuit of collective social wellness, encouraging the nurturance of ourselves and others. All RSW sessions are 1 hour and for the most part are covered by insurance plans under their listing (Registered Social Worker). The sessions are conducted in various safe settings and locations such as In-home, In-community and Virtually. Our mission is to provide counselling services to your patients and their children, adolescents, couples, family in general and senior adults. We are honored to work alongside them as we all navigate these uncertain times and challenges of life. In the midst of the current circumstances and challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic we provide support with competency, compassion and collaboration. We understand and value the importance of connection and strive to create a safe space where you are seen and heard in a judgment free and confidential environment. In Home: Our therapist will come to the client's home for a scheduled session. We abide by all current Covid-19 regulations, safety and health is our priority.

In Community: We offer Walk and Talk therapy services in the community combining the benefits of nature and physical activity with traditional therapeutic modalities.

Virtual: Our virtual options put therapy in the palm of your hand making therapy more convenient additionally, virtual therapyis known to be as effective if not more effective than traditional in person therapy.
