Search the Internet (e.g. the companys Web site or sec.gov/edgar) and find the most recent audit report for your companys audit of internal control over financicial reporting. Determine whether the company used the combined or separate format.

Detail the auditor's name, city and state, and date of their letter. Read their opinion and comment on issues highlighted other than the standard clean opinion. What issues may have been included in a management letter to your SEC 10-K company based on issues you have identified earlier this semester where audit issues and the management of risk may arise.

Summarized on of the liabilities found in the financial statements. Did the company disclose the liability in the footnotes only, or did it recognize the liability in the financial statements. What procedures might the auditor use to search for contingent liabilities?
