Week 2 Assignment: Paper Development - Outline

This course requires a Final Paper due in Week 4. Your paper should be titled: Proposed Development and Compensation Program

Course materials and outside research, your paper should identify and explain key components of a comprehensive recruiting, development, and compensation program. Your paper is developed over the length of the course.

Cover page

8-10 pages of content with proper citations

Reference page formatted correctly per APA

APA formatting is required throughout the paper
