1) While Mark intended to use the 16-Personality Factors Test for the top three candidates of a software engineer position, he eventually decided against it. First, weigh the value of the arguments raised in the case about the use of such instruments.

2) Next, indicate and support several contexts in which a personality test might be used in a business setting.
