The project schedule for this course uses a Gantt chart to help you visualize all the project details, work durations, dates, resources, etc. The project schedule is one of the most important products a project manager creates for an organization. Normally, we would use an app like Microsoft Project or Smartsheet to create a schedule. Due to changes in Microsoft's user licensing, data privacy concerns, and cost - we will be using an Excel spreadsheet that has been designed for project scheduling use.
