Prompt/Question

Reflect on the readings and videos to answer 1 of 2 discussion questions:

      1. Define "Learning Organization". What are some of the levels of learning that must occur in order for the organization to become a learning organization? Think about your current/past employer. Was your organization a "Learning Organization"? If not, what are some ways it could be/have been?
      2. Once existing and desired capabilities are identified, a client must develop an action plan to eliminate any gaps and produce change. Some actions may be designed for the individual level, others at a collective or social level.
