Week 8 - Portfolio Activity #7

Johnny has recently replaced the three steps that lead from the pavement to the front door of his restaurant with a short wooden ramp to facilitate wheelchair access. One rainy evening as she is leaving The Lame Duck restaurant, one of Johnny's customers, Lily, slips over on the wet ramp. Lily severely sprains her ankle and is unable to work for the next two weeks in her job as a personal trainer.

Consider if Lily has an action in negligence against Johnny. In your answer, only focus on whether or not Johnny has breached his duty of care.
