Week 8 The end of the semester is a good time to think about your math, accounting, and Excel skills. Take a moment to think about, and then comment on,the following questions: 1. What has been your experience in this class using Excel to solve math problems? It was difcult at rst. It took me a few hours the rst few weeks to learn where everything was and to feel more comfortable with all of the tools available. Over the span of the course I have become more and more comfortable with using excel and have found the tools to save me much time and effort. 2. At this point, how comfortable are you using Excel for business purposes? When do you still use your calculator? I am pretty comfortable with Excel. I think the only time I use a calculator is when it's easier or quicker than making a formula. 3. What do you think would help you improve your Excel skills, if you need to? I think working more in Excel will really help my skills. I plan to use Excel for my personal budgets and expenses, which will allow me to become more familiar with it. I'm sure I will use Excel in Acct 221 as well
