Weekly Assignment, students will choose a US Supreme Court case of their choosing and read & prepare a case brief of the case according to the case brief format provided in Exhibit 4-5 on page 123 of the Chapter 4 text. The case brief is to be submitted online via upload to Canvas in accordance with this week's due dates. Students may properly brief the case thoroughly in 1-2 typed pages for reference.
