Welcome to Organizational Behavior Our first discussion is important because it gives us a chance to share and understand our initial perspectives on organizational behavior. We can begin to sort out our ideas, analyze them, and evaluate their relationship to workplace issues such as productivity, quality of work life, leadership, etc. Based on your reading, observations, experiences and thinking, what is your current view of organizational behavior?
