Well Irving did it again.

He was pretty happy with his AI Robot invention. And he was pretty happy with himself for

coming up with it. So, he decided to celebrate. He went out to his local bar and started drinking.

He had a couple of THC gummies before he left home at 8 pm. By 10 pm he was telling anyone

who would listen that he had invented the first ever AI Robot and that he was going to patent

his technology. He kept using your name telling everyone you are his legal expert.

Most people ignored him because he was obviously drunk. But Sue Sinister, a low-level

assistant product manager at Teenage Toys Inc. was listening to every word. She had wanted to

do something to get her career going and she thought this would be it. So, she called Irving over

to her table and bought him yet another drink.

Irving thought she was attractive and was not really focused on what Sue was saying. He

showed her the picture of the robot he had been showing everyone all night. Then he showed

her a video of it speaking. This was the same robot he showed you last week.

Sue was very excited about the idea of getting some control over the technology as soon as

possible.

Sue said she was an "important person" at TT Inc. and that she wanted to get a deal struck to

have TT Inc. mass produce a line of Paw Patrol robots "for sale around the world."

Irving just stared into her eyes saying "Ya, ok. Will you have dinner with me?"

She said "Maybe - but we have to figure out this deal first." Sue took out a pad of paper and

began writing down that Irving would sell her the technology. But he remembered that you said

something about a license, so he corrected her, and she wrote "exclusively license all robot

technology Irving has to TT Inc in exchange for $100 Million." Sue figured they would make a

lot more money on the robots than that.

Irving paused and said, "What do you mean 'all technology'?"

She said, "Whatever we need to make the robots."

Irving said, "OK, but that's not everything, right?"

Sue said, "Whatever, just sign here!"

"Plus, we will have dinner together, right?" Irving asked. "Whatever!" she said.

Irving signed her paper, and she took a picture of it and texted the picture to Irving.

"Now you have a copy," she said. "Take it to your lawyer and we will get started in the

morning." Then she left. Irving was heart broken but not sure of what he had done.

He texted you to come to the bar and bring your legal mind with you because he was not sure if

he should have signed anything, especially without his corporate seal. He asked you if he

needed to have his investors agree to the deal. But no matter what, he wanted to know when

he could get his $100 Million.

"If they don't pay, can I sue them?" he asked.

You told him to have a drink ready for you when you get there.
