Well, the last time I was on a team like this, I ended up having to do all of the work. Now I just don$$t think teams are a very effective way to set up projects. My attitude is bad because of my perceptions. The worst part about the team was the way they interacted. I could tell they didn$$t like me because every time I made a suggestion, they just shrugged their shoulders instead of saying yes or no$.$ Their nonverbal communication played a big role in forming my perceptions of them.
