Wendy operates a vegetarian restaurant in Auckland, New Zealand. Whilst on holidays in Margaret River, Western Australia, in early August, she visited "Adam's Organic Vegetable Gardens". She was very impressed with the quality of Adam's produce, and contracted to purchase 150 leeks ($1.50 each) 60 bunches of silver-beet ($1.99 per bunch) and all of Adam's organic carrots ($6.50per kilogram). Adam agreed to cut and deliver the vegetables in early September. Wendy also took a dozen bottles of olive oil, which she agreed to pay for "provided the chef was happy with the taste of the oil". In late August, severe storms, frost, and hail destroyed most of Adam's vegetables, and Adam was no longer able to deliver the vegetables to Wendy. Wendy now refuses to speak to Adam, and she has neither paid for, nor returned, the olive oil.
Discuss whether property in any/all of those goods has passed to Wendy?
