What are the relevant legislationfor the case study:

Holly Sakaria

Holly owns two boutique stores in Milton Keynes called 'Fleek', which specialise in quirky and bespoke pieces of women's clothing. Holly employs a total of seven members of staff. Holly only employs full time staff as she believes part time staff to be a nuisance.

Holly was occupied with the birth of her twin daughters and a house move over the past twelve months and as such the stores have not profited as well as they have done in previous years.

Holly feels that she has no choice but to make at least one member of staff redundant. Holly would like to make Claire Ryan redundant.

Claire has been employed with Holly since the first store opened in 2015. Claire was a pretty young woman when she joined and fit with the image of the store. However, over the past six months Claire has shaved her hair off and started to dress in a masculine way, sometimes wearing men's clothing. This is making other staff members uncomfortable and Holly does not believe that this is good for the image of 'Fleek'. Holly wants Claire gone.
