What are the saxon bowl sinking formulae for iypt 2020?

Sinking time would be related to hole diameter (r),be a 1/r^2 for large holes, 1/r^4 for small holes and then account for the bowl sinking below the surface with a meniscus (meniscus height formula with bowl radius) that would break and fill the bowl from top and hole.
