What are the travel restrictions while applying for OPT?

After the program end date on the $I-20,$ students may only travel internationally if they have their EAD card, a valid passport, an unexpired visa, an OPT approved I$-20$ with recent travel signature, a job offer letter.

Students can travel internationally as long as they have the receipt number of the OPT application.

Students may not travel internationally at all during their OPT period.
