What are your thoughts in regard to this response below? Agree or Disagree

I consider myself spiritual in that I may not physically attend church often, but I am deeply connected to and intune with my internal beliefs. I do pray and fast, I also donate to local charities that state that they follow a certain religious affiliation i.e Catholic Charities, Church Based Charities, etc. As a child, my parents took me to church every Sunday. I used to hate it because there was never any good food afterward and it was super boring. Looking back, I learned a host of valuable takeaways, but then I promised myself that when I grew up I'd never set foot in a church. As an adult, I now know that churches are just buildings with people in them. I have nothing personal against churches, but I have seen and experienced how sinful church goers can be in spite of their claim to be the pillar of righteousness. Seeing unethical behavior in the church disappointed and frustrated me, so I decided to express my love for God privately and govern myself in an appropriate manner versus donating money to strangers who seemingly serve themselves.
