What are your thoughts on taxing pilots and charging them a landing fee at public-use airports? Most of Europe charges anywhere from $50.00 to over $500.00 per landing. Should we do that here in the United States? Should other taxpayers be responsible for our flights? Is it a public need to have qualified pilots?
